I filed the claim and because one cushion started coming apart more than 30 days prior, that is what I checked when filling out the form, even though the most recent only started days ago. At that point I decided to put in a warranty claim as all of the cushions started having the exact same defect in the exact same location on each cushion. I figured not a big deal will hold off to see if it gets worse, then another couch cushion started doing the same, then another (SEE ATTACHED IMAGES). Over time the corner stitching on a cushion started deteriorating and coming apart. It’s a middle of the road price for a middle of the road product.Ĭouch Cushion Stitching Defective (See Images) My biggest concern is that I paid for the additional VIP Protection Plan. $1500 isn’t cheap but it isn’t the most I’ve paid for couches either so i guess you get what you pay for. And i got the pillows which are still in perfect shape (kind of a suede material) in peony pink. For reference i ordered the Helio oyster color. I probably sit on it like once a week and have company over like once every three months.

So the fabric isn’t catching on my jeans daily or anything like that.

I’d like to note that i rarely am wearing clothes at my house and i also rarely have guests. All the reviews said get a different fabric than the generic ones it came with so i did, and the fabric itself is comfortable, but it’s already very pilly. BUT I’ve had it less than a year and i barely sit on it and it’s super pilly already. I’ll give it that, 10/10 on comfort level. Comfortable but fabric is pilly This couch is SO comfortable.
